These are several open questions that are connected with the climatic cycles in the Martian system and their mutual interaction, as for example:
- How strong is the feedback between the water cycle and the dust? what are its consequences?
- What is the influence of H2O and CO2 ice clouds on the climate?
- How important are surface-atmosphere interactions for the Martian climate?
- How was the interaction between the climatic cycles in past orbital configurations (that is, climates) of Mars?
